Idk why but these are slightly different part #s than what says fit from HR websites an other sites that sell them. I don't see why they wouldn't fit as both the GTR and g37/q60 have the same center bore, lug pattern, and thread pitch (I believe)

 

Don't really know why. I'm guessing it could just be marketing.
