What's the difference between these and the stock tubes? Just the noise?

Stock tubes have a silencer to reduce noise and are not smooth. These will flow air better due to their smooth design where the tubs bend.

There was a post awhile ago where someone compared these and stock tubes on a dyno. If I remember correctly they gained a few extra HPs.
