Where are you located? I just visited USPS today and shipping to philadelphia to a member on here was $44.04. Weight is 25 lbs. so you can try to find out how much shipping will cost to you depending on your location. As long as I net $100.00, I can ship to you, meaning you cover the cost of shipping. LMK, I will send it out first thing tomorrow morning.

If shipped tomorrow morning, it will be $114.31 and arrive on Tues, Oct 21 based on the online USPS postage calculator. I will have to confirm that again when I visit the post office tomorrow. LMK ASAP so I can arrange to ship first thing in the morning. If you are interested then please text me at 949-231-2188 to make arrangements for payment when I'm at the post office ready to ship for you!

I don't think I want to completely clear wheel gap maybe a finger from fender to tire. These seem to slam the car quite a bit

I see, is it a matter of visual taste, ride integrity, or wheel rubbing you are most concerned about?

Well rubbing seems like a possibility. I'm concerned about dips and speed bumps. How is the ride quality? Soft out firm?
