I bought some generic 5mm spacers in order to install my 3pc wheels and no longer need them. Hub centric to Nissan/Infiniti's 66.1 (If I remember correctly) bore size with the standard 5x114 bolt pattern. They are made of aluminum, the rust you see is from my brake rotor. These have maybe 15 miles on them. I have shorter studs now so I'm letting these go. I think I paid about $45 for them. Will ship them out for $25. Please let me know if you have questions.

When you had these installed, how did the center bore stick out? Was it enough to allow the wheel to mount perfectly centered?

Yes, these were the same hub bore as the OEM brake hub. No play/wiggle room. There was a little bit of the OEM hub flange remaining for wheel centering (sorry I did not measure exactly how much because it was not needed in my application).
