I've shipped coilovers before, it's not cheap, and $400 shipped is a lowball offer. PayPal will take about $15, and shipping will likely be about $50 to send them insured. That means you are essentially offering ~$335, that's basically lowering spring money.

It's fine if you want to make that offer, people just generally put lowball offers in a PM.
