I'm very interested in picking these up as a set of summer tires for my 2010 g37x sedan. Quick question, my suspension/brake setup is completely stock as of now, would I need to make any adjustments for these to fit properly on my car?

They will fit fine without any adjustments. Just know that with the stock suspension and 20's, the wheel gap is going to be huge. (especially with an x, I've done it) These wheels will fit over your stock brakes but you may need spacers if you decide to upgrade later.
