I'm looking to buy a new or used aluminum (no, I don't want a CF one) driveshaft for a G37 Coupe. Z1 no longer offers them and I can't seem to find any others that are good quality. If you got one to sell or know of where I can get one, let me know!

Thanks! Their price is significantly higher than the Z1 driveshaft. $600 + shipping seems steep. I'll consider it..or wait for another used one to show up.

 

the Carbon Fiber just came out of development and is ready to buy!

 

Good luck finding one. I sold mine almost as soon as I posted it for sale. They seem to be very rare, I don't think they sold very many.

Decided I'd rather have the new CF one. It's twice as much and I don't really need it, but I want it.

Love it and that is reason enough! Having the CF on the Z I can understand wanting one. You really don't need an aluminum one or a CF but they are nice to have, just knowing you have it. Does it really make a differance? I don't think it makes enough for any of us street guys to notice. If its a part of a whole build plan to knock weight off then it can help with the final goal.

 

I have to disagree with that last part. I most definitely felt it right away on my G coupe. Hence I want moar!

We now return this thread to the OP looking for the part. Hopefully the activity helped more people see the thread, preferably a potential seller.

 

Maybe if we get enough interest we can convince Z1 to make another run of them! Otherwise I guess i'll be forced to get the GTM DS.
