You should clean them up and take pictures when there is some light on them so people can tell the condition of them. It is really hard to tell with these pictures IMO.

lolz ok soooo i wash the car clean the wheels up and got some new pics. let me know if anyone wants to jump on this if not ima just send them out in about 2 weeks and get them refinish and rdy to rock them this summer ....
