There is no limit to how many times you can reflash the ECU, I heard somewhere that Uprev has done hundreds of flashes on their test vehicles with no adverse effects

i just got my car tuned yesterday at a PRO tuner shop< just curious< why did u buy this software offline? how come u didnt just take your car into pro tuner licensed uprev shop and have them tune your car for 600?
