Guys,
Looking to sell my grille. I leased a new 2011 and unfortunately, the bumper is a little different and I can't get it put on.
Here's a picture of the grille:

I've had this for a few months now and because I do drive 50 miles on the highway daily, I do have about 3 small rock chips.

The only picture with it on my car is with the sun in the lens so it didn't come out well and a partial picture of the grille:

all the grilles should be the same 08-11 strange that it doesnt fit.

 

Hmm... I've asked a few people and I was told it didn't. Maybe I should start a thread asking that haha.

 

I thought the grill was changed in 2010 along with the bumpers and a few other updates. At least on the sedan that is the case...

 

Yeah I'm trying to figure it out right now. Some guy answer my question on the other thread stating it was interchangeable. Wish a few more would answer as well so I could be confident and take this post down.

this grille should fit on your new car... why are you selling it?

 

I went to check to see if it fits, which I was told it does.
But now, I don't feel like taking off my whole bumper just to get this back on. If I get the dealership to do it, I think they charge about $75 bucks for 1 hours worth of labor. Since this is a lease, I'd be paying $150 to put it on and then take it off. For that money, I might as well sell this grille and just keep what I have.
I liked this black grille on my 2008 because the whole front was black, but with the 2011 having chrome fog covers, I might as well keep the chrome grille as well.

The sedan changed on 2010, and the coupe changed in 2011.

 

No need to take off the bumper to remove the grill. Just take off the radiator cover, literally like 20 minutes of work and you can have your grill back on.

I'm not sure what about his statement is making you say oh snap and burn but if you read the thread more carefully, I stated that I found out it was interchangeable. If you want to post useless comments like that, just don't read the post.
