Dealership? I've bought them screws from Love Lady before... and just used regular zip ties instead of the clip ones.

Dealer far away and i don't know part #s.

Why not call the dealership??

I recommend you to give Rick at Riverside Infiniti in SoCal. He can ship them to you at a very SICK price.

^^^ What he said. You can buy those screws for a few pennies each at Lowes/HD/Ace, etc. Use a black cable tie to wrap the harness back to the air box. This fix should cost about $1. If you go to a dealership, it will cost a lot more. Send me $2 and I will ship you the screws and the cable ties. True story.

^ hilarious... I just realized what OP was asking. I thought he wanted to buy someones MAF sensor.

OP just buy some screws and wire ties like BB suggested.
