Since you are a 6MT then you shouldn't have any problems at all with reliability... I would just make sure you get the extra oil coolers that GTM offers (I have 3 oil coolers, plus the front mount IC) and make sure you have it properly tuned by a reputable installer. I now have almost 30K miles on my GTM set-up and the only thing that worries me is 5th gear on my automatic tranny. I live in the desert and drive most of the Summer in 100°F+ temps with absolutely no problems. The engine runs nice and cool even on long trips (500+ miles). I make regular trips to Las Vegas (which is about 500 miles roundtrip through the Mojave Desert and includes several large mountain passes with lots of elevation changes all with the A/C on... and I'm quite often driving 100+, so they are not easy miles.

Thanks for the reply, same was said by few people on 370z forum who are using in texas area. I bought initially the kit to install in my 240z on a VQ35HR engine but now going with VQ30DET so thought can use it on G, I guess need some strength lol. Our freeways are very dusty and warm in summers thats my main concern

Kit is complete turn key and have two extra GTM oil coolers one for engine and tranny which i can use both for engine and maybe a CSF radiator with SPAL fans which can take care of cooling. Will think about after finishing the engine swap in Z.

It's the GTM SC, same set-up as Docaam's thinking of putting on his G. Sam at GTM used my car for the initial sedan fitment, so it's been on the car for over 2-1/2 years now. There are lots of pics posted on G35Driver. Just search my threads over there.

Here's a couple of links to some pics of the GTM install:

And here's a link to the video of the initial test drive when I picked up my car at GTM.

Wheels are ADVAN RSD, 19x9 +35 and 19x10 +25, running on Pirelli Pzero 235/35/19 and 255/35/19. There is a 10mm spacer at the front.

Great pics! The green wheels definitely "pop", but your car looks SO good with the black wheels. I do love the new caliper color and I want that front lip!

What, if anything, have you had done to your headlights. Thinking of having my headlights done next.

TBH, the green is better than the black.

What would be the best though would be white, with maybe a color-matched pinstripe.

Headlights are painted gunmetal flat finish and flat black combo.

I can get you the lip but I will suggest check the G35 to G37 conversion bumper from CS, one friend installed it keeping his old G35 headlights rest all like G37s bumper then place the lip. Bumper has big openings might help with cooling as well. Attached some pictures off their FB page.

Even green is a pain to keep clean brake dust settles so quick, maybe because of matte finish. White is good on blue cars but then give civic-ish look

Unfortunately the new G37S front bumper doesn't clear my oil coolers so I would need to buy the new brackets from GTM or have custom brackets made. Plus, I'm not fond of the new front end... I much prefer the '07 - '09 front end.
