Who likes proper fitment and models?
I got to say i love the stretch look, but even on my wheels it's a pain in the ***.
Why ruin the driveablity just for fashion?
IMO stance is like boob jobs, if done tastefully in moderation it can look good and not effect usage much...
But there are people that just want the most of something to a point that it becomes impractical...
( and then most people just stare and go "why?" )

** side note: i'm not hating on the OP's car either.
giant **** and spastic stance is still strangely alluring in pics... i just feel sorry for the people that own them.

because running massively aggressive stance basically limits your car to hard parking and takes away the ability to do any spirited driving..
Personal preference but the g37 is a great drivers car, i think even my wheels ruin (the ride) a bit, so i would imagine driving that car would be terrible.
