Finally got all the parts in. There is still a small gap with the hood. But minor adjustments here and there its not really bothering me or noticeable in person until you come really close to the car.

AGAIN i know the gap is there. IT DOESNT BOTHER ME.

I plan on blacking out the chrome accents, embelem, and my lights shipped out to 180 for some custom work.

Is it a bit short in front? Looks pretty good though, do you know how much lighter than the OEM it is?

 

post pics when you get the ipl bumper cause i havnt seen one with tech package and thats what i want to see then i will pull the trigger on it too

 

Thers nothing to see... You won't be able to use it only... The IPL sticks out longer

the front is missing the plastic shroud on the back that holds up the bumper. It was broken due to a fender bender. thats why the front looks gapped. But the fitment is really good and i couldnt be more happier with it,

its noticebaly lighter than oem but i dunno how much

 

Fix that atrocious gap and then repost some photos. Right now it looks like it's unlatched with that big gap.

Thank you the hood is not as bad as they are making it sound. Fitment is very good IMO. ill snap pics when i recieve the bumper and all my other parts.

the front gap is common with the TS style. thats why the picky G owners go with the OEM CF hood. although the ts style hood looks amazing, for the pickier owners the gap would bother them.

 

No, picky owners wouldn't buy a knockoff that fits that way, they'd get an authentic Top Secret hood that fits like it's supposed to or stick with OEM that fits like OEM.

It is what it is. - a copy of a copy. It fit won't be even close to perfect, even authentic isn't completely perfect but closer than this one.

OP - Having the front plate displayed in the front windshield like that will NOT prevent you from getting a citation in Texas. It will draw an officer's attention to the fact that it's not displayed on the front bumper where it's supposed to be. Just letting you know in case you are unaware.
