G37 | Another Useless POS | Me love you long time

Greetings guys,

I rarely take pictures of my car since after all it is my car and I like to enjoy it however I took some pictures this weekend that for some reason I can't stop looking at them since the car looks so beautiful to me. The pictures were taking on a very gloomy day where I feel it actually complimented the look of the car. I have made some subtle changes from my previous setup including using black Rays lug nuts instead of the blue ones which it made tons of difference, in addition to removing the JP lip and replacing it with the stillen front splitter. That may change in the future as I might be doing the aero bumper but for now I am just as satisfied with the car, well other than throwing a bad *** TT kit with flat black piping to keep it stealth that would be pretty sweet. Anyways here are the pics enjoy if you are looking for a similar set up, which reminds me, I wish I would have done additional research because Platinum Graphite is a horrible color to make it flow without using chrome.

Before:

After:

Without actually going aero skirts, I wish they made those side skirts / side blades they make for the 370z which resembles the look of the stillen splitter, but on the sides as well, if they made those for the G37....Oh man I would be in my own personal heaven.

The setup is very conservative, yet sporty to make it look very unique in it's own way that satisfies my likes.

I tell you what I would like to see as well, which if I get bored by next year I might just do it, and that is to see those RS-D's in black chrome, or polished....... Mmmm mmmmm. Maybe if these wheels get trashed but for the way I baby them, it won't happen for a while.

Anyways enjoy if you are into this sort of thing. No bling here :'(.

T00dles.

I am, actually. I plan on just doing blacking the housing out, and that's about it. No fancy leds or anything like that unless I change my mind.. I would like to score a set of headlights so I can just do it at my own pace at home, but we'll see.

For the wheel/tire specs if anyone is interested.

19 x 9 +22
19 x 10 +35

Tires:
245/40/19
275/35/19

For the next set of rear tires, I'd like to see 285/35/19. 275 was definetly too conservative with that offset on the rears. Again very conservative setup, which suits us well.

It will fit your car theme better with housing black out also great choice on offset. May I ask you why you chose 19s over 20s?

Looks good. I own the jp lip and at times its a little to much for me. The one thing I would do is black out the headlights or try and find a set of the newer headlights so it still has that OEM/JDM sport look.

Looks good but +1 on the headlights. That will finish it off nicely.

Looking good POLLO!

I sorta have the same thoughts of getting my wheels refinished to black chrome or a high polish finish also. Let's see who gets it first.

Reason I chose 19's is to at least have the flexibility to run different profile tires, that's pretty much it. These RS-Ds in 20 inch look pretty sick as well, however once you step into a 20 inch wheel I feel that you limit yourself in the choices of profile varieties that you have on a 19. Too bad this car looks goofy with 18 inch wheels, otherwise I would have gone 18 inch.

Thank you all for the kind comments, it's definetly not a look that everyone would agree with ( my wife hates it ). But she likes it when we pull into the ice cream shot and the kids all go crazy taking pictures with their cameras..... women logic
