seen this car a few times....so sick!

 

You don't see performance people at shows, because they are too busy tracking their ish.

 

There are still people with great performance mods that attend shows. It's discouraging for them when a crappy car with a lot of low quality appearance mods (ie crappy knockoff parts etc.) scores higher than a car modded with fewer mods but higher quality performance parts. But that seems to be what scores points these days. There seem to be fewer and fewer judges who even know what quality is, much less reward owners who do it the right way vs owners who buy whatever is popular at the moment even if it's garbage.

A car with quality engine, drivetrain, and suspension work and a set of quality forged wheels won't win over a car with an ill fitting knockoff polyurethane body kit, some neon lights, and a set of wild colored Rotas with some stretched tires that's over lowered and has crazy stance.

But the quality over quantity and performance over appearance guys still show up.
