whats uppppppp fellas...Drove up to Englishtown New Jersey, for the 16th Annual Summer Slam Car Show....it was a huge event, Drifting on one part of the raceway, then quartermile races, car show, sound show, concerty...etc...i just took pics of some cars lol. Enjoy!

I waent to the show too, didnt take the g went with a bunch of evo's. Deffinitely some nice cars and others not so much lol. Did you end up going to the drift event?

 

nah i left earlier....all the civics were giving me a headache LOL
i saw a bunch of evos in the parking lot next to each other...

 

it was nice meeting you man!! I circled the "spectator" lot to check out your whip after I left... Looked nice and mean! My car's not really showworthy... I just followed my friend with the 350Z in and figured sure... why not...

DUDE... please tell me you took some pictures of the liberty VIP M45s.... those whips were sick! I'll try to look for some pics from my photographer friend that was there...

 

Some nice pics and some wild pics man. The veilside kits are nice, good wheel fitment done with those kits.

 

We were over by the exit everyone went out after making their run. All the cars had E-Spec on their backwindows. unfortunately 2 cars broke(Transfer case, and the other had a problem with an oil pump) and the rest didnt make what they should have(need driver mod lol). But yea, those civics are the worst, doesnt help that they stage and 2step for like 20 seconds before launching. I think the craziest were those team puerto rico cars running solid 7.5 passes at 188-190.

I must be getting old; yours and Jubliepuff's were the nicest cars I saw in any of those pics! Even the E46, which I absolutely love stock, was looking gaudy. Those cars are too over the top for my taste now. Thanks for the pics though

I went to HINNOPI last year and the common theme is this if you are "serious" about having a "show" car
-gotta have TVs in the car, sun visors included
-gotta have an artistic over the top pain job
-gotta have wild, aggressive colorful or color matched wheels
-gotta have a banging sound system
-tricked out doors (lambo etc..)
-bags optional
-CF everywhere if it's a CF theme
-tricked out interior
- oh and light shows inside and underside of the car. Can't forget the light shows.

More power to those guys.
