So finally my Fast Intentions Exhaust arrived and i was so excited to install along w my New Vossen CV2s and i decided i wanted my car i'n perfect condition B4 the big wheel install along w new brakes and also a tranny and diff flush and replanting my Front end so the car would look Flawless and i'n perfect condition , i basically wanted all my imperfections to be perfect on the car .

Here is where things get good, or bad i should say. I had Thursday and Friday off wrk so i decided to have these things taken care of , so
Since i been having the battery issue i took the car to the dealer and all wa good w them replacing under warranty so the valve control thing was replaced and new battery installed so i was happy , next my car needed new brakes so i took my New Hawk HPS pads to dealer and asked them to install they said ok , so since car was there already i told them to do the wrk. Thursday afternoon i go to pick up my car i'n the loaner they gave me^^^and i had Herd brake noise so i asked y where the pads still i'n car try said they only did rears so i said y would i only have u do rears? So the price he gave me^^^ from what i understood was for F+R brake install . Anyway they keep the car and inleave once again i'n the loaner an asked them to finish the job , i was already mad cause i was wanting my car back to do the exhaust install early morning , and had a party to head to . So i got a call 2 hours later that my car was done but i was already heading to a party so i told him i would get it i'n the morning he said ok that's fine .

Next morning after i wake up w my phone dead and a badd hangover i charge my phone and i get text messages and voicemail from dealer that they had a accident w my car to call asap i said WTF now !!! Very scared at this point , next i call dealer and the Mechanic was i'n the hospital because somehow the car went off the lift cause he left it i'n drive and destroyed my front end ! Cracked grill damaged bumper and hood along w bent radiator .i def was concerned for the mechanic cause it's just a car and can be replaced i felt bad hearing about the mechanic getting hurt which i wouldn't want so i was calm
About the situation and drove out to see the car . Pics will be added very soon . Good thing is my car getting new hood /headlights grill and radiator and a freshley repainted front end wich i was gonna pay 300 to get it done next week anyway and they also installed my brakes at no cost so that's real good . Overall should i b upset ? Lol I'm just still shocked dealer recked my car b4 i ever did lol but something good comes out of somenthing bad so it's all good i have to put off
Exhaust and wheel install but car gonna be perfect when i get it next week i hope . Anyway
Sawgrass Infinti really ruined my weekend , i will keep u guys updated w my repairs and new wheel and exhaust install .exhaust looks amazing sitting in my living room floor lol i went w Fast int Catback w new style X pipe and 18" resonators but this time i went w Stainless Steel mufflers can't wait to install this baddboy .

 

yeah, this guy wan't his new exhaust on so bad that he had to do this just to make himself feel better.

Man. Really sorry to hear about your bad experience. Your right though. It's just a car and can be replaced. Good way to look at it. Accidents happen man, IMO there doing there part to try and make it right. If they come through on the list of stuff they promised you, that they would fix. Then you can't really complain too much man. But if they don't, then you have every right to be unsatisfied and get it handled in your own way.

 

ouch man. accidents happen. i saw one tech years ago get stuck between a car with bad brakes (another tech driving it in to get it on the lift)... car couldnt stop and the tech got squished between the car and the tool box... it happened in slow motion.

now you understand why customers aren't allowed in the service bay areas...

hope he's okay but hope your car gets fixed perfectly as well.

Wow yeah i think he mentioned the same exact thing , cause when the car went forward it hit him and he fell on hood denting it *** well and pinning him against another car i believe . It was not completely on lift they said they were just pulling it up to slide those things under the car to lift it, but left it i'n drive and it went toward the tech and pinned him .

Ooh man. I hope the mechanic is okay. But your poor baby! I would have a heart attack if that happened to my car.

 

Car Gonna be perfect when done though ! Everything new ! new front end /hood /headlights/radiator /brakes and also new exhaust /new vossen CV2 Alignment getting done along w tranny and diff fluid flushed so by next week Vossen video+photoshoot it's gonna be perfect ....

He is ok ! Just got word everything is fine jut now dealing w the car , I'm crossing my fingers it comes back perfect .
