Always sorry to hear about accidents, but like you said it's just a car and I hope the mechanic is OK. Your can be repaired a small mistake like that could cost the guy his life or his lively hood if he isn't able to work. It seems like the dealer is doing what they can to make it right. Getting mad won't really change anything in this situation so I'm glad you kept your cool.

As for the exhaust... I have the same one with CF mufflers and that thing is DEEEEPP. I find myself shifting all the way up to 5th on slow road just so I can run it down to 2nd and hear all my rev matches

hey man, whole day yesterday, I was out the whole time. sorry for your inciddent and you are so nice and so optimistic. I would've been upset.
Glad that the mechanic is okay, and your car is going to okay.
But since you don't know how high the car was dropped from, some engine part could've been shifted or not in a correct positon, which potentially give you problem in the future. Make sure you have everything perfect. And I think you should ask for more.. like..... hmm.. extended warranty?

what is it called? extended warranty? CPI or stm? that normally cost a lot, but just ask.. kk saying you might have future issues from drop of the car. they can just fix the exterior, but not what they might 've damaged inside. Like dropping your labtop, they gonna fix the outer plastic ****, and computer still works, but it might give you issue from damaging inside of computer.

LOL! I miss mine too. I haven't drove her around in a month now. Just sitting in my garage, taped up.

(car got broken into, smashed the window and damaged my driver side door.)

Damn insurance company took that long to process my claim and now I'm waiting for the shop to get the parts in.

aaargh!

Mistakes happen. Sucks that they have to happen, but at least the dealer is fixing your car and that the mechanic is fine. A car is a car but a life is a life.
