So I stop at Lowe’s last night (8:30pm) to pick up a few things and in my adventure out of the parking lot I hear a “BAM” from the rear of the car. I get out seeing what had happened. I hit a pot hole the size of Vern Troyer. A 2.5 inch piece of my rim is missing. I figured okay I call Lowe’s management to see why they haven’t “Home Improved” their parking lot.

Here is how the call went.

Lowes: Automated wait till you can talk to somebody.
Me: May I speak with Will the Store Manager?
Lowes: Please Hold (Cue Christian Non-Offensive music)
Lowes: This is Will?
Me: Hey! Will I was leaving your parking lot last night and hit a crater that damaged my rim.
Will from Lowe’s: Uhhh is it the one near the front entrance?
Me: Yes. So you are aware of this pot hole?
Will: Yes we have been trying to get the city to work on that and they have been dragging their feet. We have had several incidents regarding that pot hole, flats, damages, etc. When you get your rim fixed just bring in your invoice and we will see what we can do.
Me: Thanks Will! I will be dropping off my invoice tomorrow.

City of Dallas will be paying for my rim. I should expect my reimbursement... NEVER!

Lowe's Inwood. The whole parking lot is fine except for this.
I don't expect to get anything out of Dallas.

They had a sewage break across the street from Lowe's this morning. I'm sure that I'm the smallest of their corrupt worries.
