Just ask your powder coat place for a darker shade of gray. They should have a color code book with samples. As far as an outline you can DIY with an Infiniti touch-up pen or take it to a paint shop.

I've looked into that and it's around an average of $500+ a rim with about a week turnaround. Better off getting aftermarkets. It's a chrome dip not a powder coat. You could get gloss black with metalic paint and about 3 coats of clear for less. Hope this helps.
