I was born and raised in Hawaii, but I am stationed in Guam. My sister is staioned in Hawaii, so she might know him.

I posted on another thread that I ws going to have the whole front windshield 5% too, but then they wouldn't let me on base. Off base it is legal though, but you can hardly see at night LOL!

 

my homeboi had the front tinted 35% and he got mad tickets over it

I thought you can't go base with tints darker than 25%??
Anyways, I got 5% too, from Shades. I was goin' to full face too but with GovGuam shutting off our streetlights, forget it.
BTW, ride's lookin' nice. Still got the DLR plates I see.

 

Thanks bro. Yea the guard asked if I was planning on tiniting it when I was getting the base decal and I was like its already tinted. And she asked if it was dark and I was like **** yea it is why? Then she paused for little bit but gave me the decal anyway. The guys at the gate are cool anyway. But jus got new plates today. LoL yea Gov Guam is real shady!
