looks great man! how is the 50% on the wind shield? and is that illegal or what? ive never seen that done! and what kinda overlays u rockin, bats? and if so wat are the styles i really like the look of those ones!

Thanks for the nice reply's. The windshield is the lightest tint available at the tint shop and it's fine, no glare at night or anything like that. But yeah it's illegal, I'm in L.A. Cali so everything is illegal here, 35% is whats allowed on the driver and passanger side. I got Madico charcoal tints not the black ones so there's a little gray hue to them, I know in the pics they look darker though. I got my headlights and tailights done at the same place I got my windows tinted. I don't know who made the overlays, it's a certain vinyl, not the same tint they use on windows.

 

LO. Tinting the drive/passenger side in CA is illegal too. but its usually just a fix-it ticket. 50% on the windshield is asking for trouble though. I wonder how long will it be til cops notice though.

I also been waiting for that Borla exhaust but I might have to put that off for awhile

I got my car in late October so I'm not in a rush

 

It's not that dark though, it looks darker in the pic
I think it's more noticable when you have the top of the windshield tinted with the black strip

 

Quick story I heard...Don't know how often this happens...My buddy who lives in the Bay Area told me how he was stopped for his tints...Cop gave him 2 options...he would rip the tint off for him and not give him a ticket...or give him a ticket...friend decided he didn't want a ticket so the cop ripped his tints off...Has that happened to anyone else? In TX they won't stop you just for tints most of the time...mainly will be an add on ticket for another violation.

 

true story! i live in canada and ive been pulled over 3 times and payed the $105 ticket each time... its worth the hassle to look good lol
