your's must be OEM then...I'm pretty sure the one he posted in his pics, is the same one I've got on my car (without the brake light)...and ours aren't OEM.

Are you sure your car didn't come with the spoiler from the factory?

 

oh yeah thats probably why because mine did come from the factory
