Just installed my leds of superbrightleds.com Im loving the change much better IMO.. def worth the whole 35 bucks lol.. enjoy some quick night shots..

how do you take the ones off the on the bumper? i tried to figure it out but.... i dunno how to take off the thing i even took off the plates.

You don't have to take off the plate. Lie on your back and look up where the lights are. You'll see the 2 plastic housings there for each light. You simply squeeze the tab in and pull the cover downward, no tools required.

 

yeah my dad was on his back n i dnt remember him using a tool at all.. sounds 100 percent correct ^^

yea, what black betty says. you just need some force to unclip the thing. i changed the lights, it makes a big differences. the yellowness is gay.

921-x12 Wedge Base LED bulb (trunk & map lights). Get (3) of these in WHITE color

You'll need these (7) bulbs total if you wanna do the exact same mod I did.

You gotta wonder why the car doesn't come stock with LED lights. (at least in the license plate frames similar to IS250/350's)

They're not too expensive...

I also changed to leds. Except when the bulbs came one didn't work. (5 Wled). So now I have to wait until they ship me a new bulb. So everything is done except the license plate. I am so pissed. I emailed them and they told me to try and turn the bulb around because then can fit both ways but only work one way. I told them I did that and still didn't work. So now I am just waiting for the new bulb to come in.
