Ask my insurance company! I only paid my deductible, due to the vandalism on my car. I know it's in the thousands...

Wow nice progress pics..can't wait to see it completed.

Athens Blue G: I've always loved the way your car was put together and now it should be even sicker

Team 350 Gz is definitely doing their thing. Bodywork and paint looks great.

Nice job fellas.

Yes, but I just bought these tires and they have less than 1,000 miles on them. After they wear out, I will look for a nice set of 19's. Maybe in gunmetal finish. Not sure.

Looks amazing. Your pics make me contemplate if I should find an athens blue g35 or stay focused on purchasing the g37.

I read above someone keyed your car? how bad was it?

Let me restate, I really REALLY like how your karuma front and eyelids make it look with the athens blue color. If they respray it, would the paint be as hard as OEM? Or did they use a harder paint? (since I heard the g35's had super soft chippable paint)

Thanks for the kind comments, guys.

Most people don't seem to agree, but I love the way the eyelids offer that aggressive look. It looks good at night with my yellow fog lights too.

I asked the body shop the same question about the paint. Keep in mind that Athens Blue is just a color based on a certain ratio of pigments. You can use any brand of paint to respray the car so long as you use the same color codes and ratios of pigments to produce the same color. The body shop I took it to convinced me they use a high quality paint, one of the best money can buy. So, yes, the paint should be more durable than OEM - because let's face it, just about anything would be an improvement over the OEM paint's durability, right?

Plus I bought a clear bra for the hood, front bumper, mirrors, front quarter panels, and my side skirts to protect the paint. I figure I'm in good shape now.

Pics of the keying here. Actually, just pics of the 1st keying. It got keyed again before I got the first one repaired, but I didn't bother to take pics of it
