G37 headlight & grille Photoshop

Hey everyone. I'm thinking of getting my headlights, grille, rims and break calipers painted. I'm all set with the colors that I want for the rims (gun metal chrome) and break calipers (blue with a white text). However I'm having some trouble deciding what color to choose for my headlights and grille. My car is Athens Blue, so I thought I'd make the headlights' housing the same. The projector shroud and the grille might both be dark gray.

I've attached two recent pictures of my car, if anyone can help me out with photoshop so I know if what I chose is going to look good or not. Feel free to use another picture if you want as long as its Athens Blue. If anyone has any better ideas, please chip in.

Who's going to do your headlights Hamed? Somewhere local or will you be having them done in the US?

I'll get them done here in Bahrain. I thought about buying a new set in the States or sending my headlights there but it would be too impractical and expensive. I already checked out the place. He actually did some work for my brother for his headlights.

Your brothers look sweet! I think doing yours similar to that with the a black housing and colormatched bezel would look awesome.

You think so? I haven't seen an Blue G37 done that way yet, but I've seen on others, it looked quite good. But I think I like the housing done in color that matches the car color. Got any ideas what color I should make the projector shroud if the housing is blue?

I think the same color combo as your bro would look great for the theme you're going for. If you did go with a blue housing then have your projector shroud black (reverse of your bro). Another option could be to black everything out (housing/projector). My ride is IP and I went with everything black and just kept the ring round the projector chrome. Either way It will come out looking good.

This is where it gets tricky, if I color the housing black I'll just black out the grille too. But if I go for the blue housing what color should the grille be?

Dont do a blue housing. Do black with blue accent. Then you can do black grill and paint the emblem blue.

Regardless of what you end up doing with the headlights, keep the grille black. Looks the best that way IMO.

Or you can just paint everything black or everything gunmetal.....

Honestly it is the best route. Makes it much easier to sell down the road when you get a new car. If you do blue at all, then you can only sell it to someone with a blue car.

Mine are pure black, I love them.

If you did your headlights completly gunmetal and you grill as well it would look amazing.

Then paint your brakes blue with gunmetal lettering.

I never thought of doing gun metal lettering. That's one sick idea!
Seems like I'll go for the black housing + blue projector shroud.

Got a trip coming up in a couple of days, so it seems like I'll drop off my baby before I leave to get this work done
