This thread has been dead for a while but G37zus / SF, Fremont (where my gf is) / 11 G37s / weekends are cool.

Let me know what's good.

I'm in the same boat as Evil; currently trying to get in a PA program, and also pending some commitments to the military. I'd like to resurrect the Norcal section eventually, when I have a more stable schedule.

Hospital. Maybe we should have our on meet at the lemon lot by the BX. PM me if interested.

On a different note, I was thinking to sponsor a NorCal meet for all Gs and Zs at the 2015 Air Show! Clear skies with cleaned rides...

One day, I will see your beautiful car in person. Were able to discover that power drain issue?

Hi Guys,

Just moved to Alameda from NJ. Would be fun for some small meets as I am new to this area.

Thanks Jukebox!

BTW - how are you passing smog and visual? I'm trying to figure out how all these CA regulations work...

Ugh, its terrible. You are going to get a taste of how dumb CA smog law is. I have the full Gen1 FI exhaust package (uses the old berks), so I have to swap out my HFCs every time I smog. I have a hookup that does it for way less than what its worth. He'll swap out HFCs, swap in stock cats, then swap the HFCs back for under 200. You also need a CARB sticker if you have aftermarket intakes (I See you have SRIs). The Stillen gen III comes with one, and it is supposed to be displayed somewhere on the intake so they can put in the reference number. Some smog places are pretty cool about it, but usually you gotta know somebody. I used to know a place like that, but the guy moved

Yeah, I heard that is basically what has to be done. Can you PM about your contact for the smog stuff?

As for my SRI, they won't pass so I need to get a new set of intakes (CARB legal obviously) and then re-tune the car.

What happens when you have to go through STAR? I hear this is just even more strict.

Sent ya a PM. I think I may have had to go through STAR when I came off active duty; had the car registered in florida while I was there. Truth be told, the guy turned a blind eye to all the visual stuff. Don't have his contact info, but I sent ya the phone number for the swap work.
