SES Light...Need some help

SES Light...Need some help
So i was on the way to my brothers wedding this past Saturday and when I was passing the 2nd mission blvd exit on 680, my SES light went on and the car stalled. When I started it up again, the rpms wouldnt respond to pushing the accelerator...so i just parked it in the mcdonalds parking light and left it there for the wedding. After the wedding i came back and the car started up fine, but the SES light was still on....Beshoff wants to charge me $150 to just look at the car since I have eibach springs and a fast intentions exhaust on....I dont want to pay that much just for a diagnosis...soo any good recommendations on local shops that could help out with this? Appreciate the help...im currently carless
