hahaha, I have no idea what bird shtz that magnitude of turd, but it has happened to me as well. I want those hood-mounted auto-shotguns from brosnan-bond's "die another day".

I wish I could be more helpful regarding my tint, but I have no clue what % mine is. Its pretty dark, but I've never been hassled by rollers. I don't think Cali cops really give a shiznit as long as you have a front plate and aren't trying to act hella thug.

Yeah, I want it dark but not too dark. I am not worried about getting stopped cuz of tints either. Apparently they cant pull you over for JUST tints...but they can roll that **** onto other reasons for being stopped tho

25% for front windows atleast and 5% everything else. If anything I would do 5% all around but that might be pushing it.

Honestly 25% is really light and if I were to do it over I would go a little lower.

Thanx guys. I have been flip flopping on whats next. Exhaust? Rims? Drop? Really not sure. I am leaning towards drop first but I am going through the idea of just eibachs or coils of some sort....I have no clue yet

Tints look good. Where did you have them done at? BTW - do cops care about having the fronts tinted?

If you are leaning towards a drop, seems the popular springs are Eibachs or Swift. Others also like to pair Swift with Koni yellows. That is the path I may be heading towards (springs and struts).

I would also consider sway bars

I got em done here in town 180 bucks! Dude did a great job...no complaints at all. He even came out right around time he said he'd be done to tell me he found a small smudge of dirt on one of the windows and he wanted to redo it. He apologized for an extra 15 minute wait! LoL

Depending on price I might go with coils. Once you add up springs and new shocks, it might be cheaper to go with coils. And I am not sure how I feel about sway bars. I actually don't mind the stock bars...I have the feel for the car and I have never had upgraded bars on any of my cars. I might go coils and spacers first then deal wit everything else later

Coils! I had Tein S-tech springs (talk about slammed), and its a gamble. If you vary wheel size/tire size in the future, you will want to to have a degree of freedom for ride height adjustment and rebound stiffness. That being said, the ride is a lot stiffer. However, adding sways to the combo? OMG. Such a difference. You may think the G handles well, but after you stiffen the sways, it's a whole new beast. You have almost zero body roll, and roadholding becomes much more predictable. Snap oversteer is now not a thing you really have to worry about

Remember to buy decent coils though. My Megans have done a C- job. They are noisy and the bump stops actually ruptured. I sh! t you not, I use paracord and steel wire+duct tape to keep mine together. I am a resourceful, if not proud man Also, the fricken locking rings always settle like 1-2+cm over time (and not like, a day after, I know you need to allow the car to settle, I'm talking like a month down the line, my ride height has dropped to the point where its scraping speed bumps that I wasn't scraping prior)

Where has your research led you so far in terms of coils?

I'm on Koni shocks and H&R springs and like what jukeboxhero was saying it's a gamble when selecting which wheels and offsets. At least you have adjustments with coils. I've honestly been lucky on my wheel choices and have gotten to the point where if I do decide to get another set I check all measurements with offset/backspacing/wheel width that I don't have to worry. Plus if I had coils I would always be going lower since I like the look and don't mind the scraping.
