Hi from a new member!
I just joined and wanted to say hi to everyone! I live in Sacramento and have had my G-37 for a year. I also have a 2004 350-Z (also silver!) that is my weekend toy. I found your forum through the battery thread. My car has 7800 miles on it and has gotten TWO new batteries already. I am getting sick of it. I can let the Z sit for months without driving it and it starts right up. If this one sits for a couple of days, DEAD to the point where it won't jumpstart. I have heard they have problems with the wire harnesses, but Nissan won't replace the harness just the defective portion and the dealerships don't want to deal with figuring out which part is defective. I got one when I first bought the G. I was going WAY faster than I thought I was, but the cop cut me a break so I could go to Traffic School. I always judge whether or not I can speed by the semis because they monitor the police radios on their CBs. Or at least they used to. I think cops use computers a lot more now!

....so you post on my350z as well? reason why i ask because we(my girlfriend and I) go up there from time to time because our bodyshop is up there...as well there are a few members here from SAC.(Wezbian & Fingles69).

Welcome to the Forum Mary. I changed my car battery already with a simple Walmart car battery, and ever since I changed it, I had no more problem.
A good radar detector is also a wise investment, esp with a fast car like ours. A good radar detector basically pays for itself.
I'm relatively new to the Northern Cali section, but these G owners are really cool and down to earth.
