Geeze, Mike, if we wait for everyone to be done with their car before showing it off, then 5 years from now we can all get together and share pictures of the car we once drove.

So, i don't really feel like reading all 13 pages of this thread, but where and when is this shenanigan? I tried to skim, but there is too much.

it's just few things that I have been putting away forever lol... I'm almost done(with those few things) , one of them which I'm ashamed to come to the meet with is the powdercoated bbk that came out bad because of silver flake ontop and it just bugs the crap out of me, instead of orange it looks more like faded yellow/copper one word - FUGLY

So I'm not talking about being done with the entire car, just gotta do this, but it's difficult to make it work with my guy's busy schedule and him trying to catch up on powdercoating stuff

It was one year ago today that we had our first Sedan Meet-up. Surprising thinking about it, considering how late Springtime is in coming this year.

• How many people are attending this year?
• Is there an attendance list somewhere with contact info?
• Are we bringing food? If so, who's bringing what?
• Is the date a lock? What is it again, and what time of day?
• Is the location a lock? Where is it again?

I would love to show up, and the wife is fine with me taking a long, overnight road-trip just to attend. Is it happening?

Me and Conner exchanged few comments about this on Instagram as you can see, but I'm going to let the screen-shot speak for itself... as I predicted this will have to be pushed back, and I hope till sometime in June, because if it's a week later then I won't be able to attend..

As you can see he did say that he was going to login here to follow up which was I believe on Wednesday... I believe he's in the middle east, maybe not often gets access to internet or something idk...

 

Is anybody from the Connecticut area? We have a pretty lively car culture. Would like to start some meets in CT.

 

I know Connor had an unplanned trip to the UK he had to make and I believe he's in Dubai right now. He was getting crushed with work last he and I spoke.

Of course, by the time he gets back he may not even have a sedan...

 

Greetings all - I'm still alive and partially active.

I apologize for the delayed response. As Mike and Chris have said, a few international events came up for me and have been on travel for the past 2.5 weeks with barely any time to breathe. After playing some catch up, I'm back in check and am attempting to put pieces together for this event.

The only hold-up we will have is if an "outdoor BBQ" style event is being requested. I haven't been able to secure any state parks in the PA area for this event. I have had conversations with a few businesses in the area that have approved us to use the parking lot for a "car show". Unfortunately, no BBQing will be possible here.

Alternate options:

• Hold the event in a different state
• Move the meet to a later date (late June or July seems best by most)

Please let me know what everyone wants to do. I cannot speak for the ~20 of you here. I only get feedback from about 2-3 people per update. I'd like to get something set for May 16 as that date worked best for most. The later date option could allow us to secure a park area for outdoor activities and then we all could convene for dinner in town somewhere.

If moving the date works, let me know and I will begin immediately on securing a park pavilion. I am on vacation all of next week so I will have time to lock something down. Please provide input and let me know what the general consensus is moving forward.

PS - I may or may not have an Infiniti for the event so don't give me a hard time if I show up with something that isn't part of the brotherhood LOL
