Out of curiosity, is anyone gonna be in the Lancaster area heading up to Frances Slocum? If so, we could meet up and get a small caravan set up.

I've never seen that 3M stuff before but it looks interesting..

I was just planning on covering up my front end with painters tape, just as you had posted a picture of.

You're covering your front end for the road trip on Saturday? Really? I suppose... last big meet I went to was 4 years ago, and there were lots of cars there with painters tape all over their front bumpers. AFAIK, it's a common practice at the track, too.

Hardcore, man.

It's just for a little extra protection. I only paid $200 to get my Sport bumper painted so if it gets filled with rock chips, oh well. A little added protection doesn't hurt.

I'm really doing some research on this 3M stuff. Looks easy to apply and remove when I need that extra protection for a bumper.

The Sat-Sun weather has shifted up into Fri-Sat. If it moves us just one more day, we should have a dry meet.

Hey guys, per Rochester's previous note, can someone bring some fruit (oranges, apples, bananas) who hasn't already volunteered?

I'll bring fruits. Somebody please let me know how many I should get. Does anyone have any preference on what kind of apples, oranges?

Surprise us.

Guess who just moved off the undecided list? See you, Saturday.

That makes for two Kirans, each with a G37xS.

Thanks tifosi!

I think about 15 or 20 of each, probably the ones that they sell in bags would be more than enough. For oranges, navels would work fine. As for apples, I think you could choose from fuji, honey crisps, gala just to give a few examples. Something that is fairly balanced between sweet and tart.

Or what Rochester said...^^

Get someone to bring cookies. Everyone likes cookies. Personally, I like Oreos. I like the vanilla ones best.

Look at the list... there are still a couple of guys planning on coming, but haven't stepped up for the picnic.

Also, whoever the BBQ Guys are, I'm guessing you'll be bringing your own BBQ hardware, right?

The park has grills, you need the utensils.

I'm bringing charcoal, a charcoal chimney, tongs and a grill spatula. In addition to my hot dogs/brats and iPod dock. I'll get a few extra options for those who don't eat pork products.
