Speed shop or mechanic install of oil cooler?

Speed shop or mechanic install of oil cooler?
I'd love to get the Stillen 19 row oil cooler, which should be big enough for me since I don't, and won't, be tracking the car, but I do some occasional, aggressive driving on several excellent twisties in my area.
But dang, it's a lot of work to install, and I don't have a driveway or garage.....I'm a city dweller.
Has anyone had a speed shop or trusted mechanic install an oil cooler with good results? If so, what was the cost of labor?

I don't know where you live, but this is a question for a regional forum not the Engine/Drivetrain forum. Post where you are and I'll move it there so someone local to you can answer your question.

Seeing that no one has posted a suggestive place to go. I do know of one, I haven't gone to them yet, however I do plan to go here for a tune, once my car is ready for this. Check out these guys. JD's Auto Repair Performance Center , they are located in Huntingdon Valley, which should not be too far from where you are at. Do let me know how it goes, as I plan to use them.
