I went on the website www.infinitiofmassapequa.com and did the Service survey. I got a call back with in an hr from a gentleman names Nick i believe and he offered his apology for my unpleasant experience as well as a free oil change.

Now I understand your situation is much more extreme then mine. I would highly recommend going back there and talking to the owner ( I cant remember his name but he has the big office at the back of the show room.) If he doesnt do anything to help this situation then i would definatly file a formal complaint with the BBB.

Best of luck to u man

Well theres 2 strikes against them...

As I've found with many dealerships, Sales and Service can be two completely different animals.

I don't think that was in question, one member shouldn't be held responsible for an entire dealership just because he works there.

Plus we are questioning the service side, he's in sales I believe.

lol..anyway..I loved the service there..they hook me up all the time and I never bothered to post a review on here for them because there weren't a ton of local members on here.

The head of service Frank was really cool with me, hooked me up with a testing thing directly from Infiniti, and I got $400 out of it.

Now dont't Get me wrong, I was not happy with the professionalism (not calling me when they said they would) (not returning calls when i called them)
BUT....they did do the work they said they would do. And offered me a free oil change for my troubles. So I WILL give them another shot when the next change or service is needed. But if anything like this happens to me then I would make real trouble for them.
