Actually, the easiest for me, is to have you all bring in your money to one person who will send me one MO or Cashier's (Certified) Cheque. That way, no one gets ticked off when one person is tardy with his payment, or if one payment sent gets lost or delayed in the mail.

I also need the colour choices from all the members. Also, please remind each that in order to justify this in my records, I would like to receive feedback from most of the purchasers as part of my R&D and promo team.

2) Get together and send one money order to him (as soon as he gets us the total cost for each person including shipping, we'll set a meeting place when he posts the amounts).

4DrSkyline please also update your location. Horori, get ready to drive down to SF! So I assume no objections to Gord sending the whole package to me?
