The newspaper this morning said a group of 10-20 cops from the "Speed Enforcement Team" are patrolling Highway 24 in Oakland, and I-580 form Oakland to the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge. The article also said that today's effort was announced in advance, but future campaigns will not be announced according to the CHP.

i didn't travel on 24 or 580, but i was on 280 and my V1 was going absolutely crazy today.. guess they really are trying to crack down on speeding..
