Got bunch of presents this week.. but three of them were car related.. hehe

First, I got a Crawford Cast Plenum. Didn't get this from anybody, but there was a really good deal on it, so I couldn't resist. Besides, I've donated so much money these last two weeks (new CHP 11-99 member, etc.) , that I think I'm entitled to treating myself



Second, I got Philips Ultinon 6000K Bulbs. I always talked about changing the HID bulbs, but never got to it. Somebody really knows me.

Looks good! What does the plenum do?

 

I't supposed to equalize air flow to all runners on the lower manifold. There seems to be some runners that have more vacuum than others. This plenum seems to help with that and give more overall air flo.

 

Sounds like what I did this last week... However it wasn't my birthday...

the Valentine One is a radar detector..

the battery cover I got way back in the day from StrictlyZ.. i was actually the car who had the prototype when they were developing it.. (if any of you bought one from them, i was the one who made the instructions.. haha stupid fact, i know..)

if any of you guys need help on those installs, i'm really willing to help.. i had help with my installs.. well, if you consider a girl taking pictures and handing you tools helping.. hehe.. (thanks A.)

very nice, what bulbs are you running for the sidemarkers and clearence lights?

 

With a modicum of Mechanical know how you could put one on in an afternoon. I don't know about this one, but, Kenetics runs about $400.

i've had two V1's and one passport before.. i dunno.. i never really find the need to have a radar detector.. everytime i get one, i usually sell it.. but this time, since it was a present, i'm gonna keep it for the sake of not getting bitched at for geting rid of it..

but yeah, in regards to V1, it hasn't really saved me since i've gotten this one.. i have been saved in the past many times by the previous V1's i've owned.. so yeah, i still think it's definitely worth the money..
