G37X Tire size selection

Hello group, newbie here. I'm thinking about going from 225 - 55 - 17 to 235 - 50 - 17 on a new set of Continental all seasons. Thoughts? Thanks.

going to 235/50R17 will be fine and within TRA spec for the 7.5" wheel.

the 235/50R17 is 26.3" which is only half an inch shorter than the stock 225/55R17.

so no issues with awd

Thanks Panda, looking for a little improvement with handling but not sure it'll be much of a difference.
