what’s up guys.new to the fourms.. and as of recently i managed too snag up a 2013 g37! 101k miles… i have some questions tho.. being new to the car and the platform… i want to do preventive maintenance?? so my question lies…

what can i do to “bulletproof” the motor??
any weak points that i can assist before it becomes a issue??? starter..alternator..pulleys..??ect

2. what oil/filter do you guys use??? (talking to those that are in hotter climates..)

3. what should i know or be aware of about this car??? good habits/bad habits.. what fluids should i use/ shouldn’t…


4. this one has got me…. so after some time of the car being on it will make this clicking/tapping noise…. looking at the engine from the front… noise is coming from the back area… almost sounds like a diesel… stops once you rev past 900-1000… other than that motor sounds solid on comp and everything….
