Hey I am a g new owner needless to say I thought my battery was unplugged

So i recently installed a Tesla screen on my g37s 2008 I previously worked on it but I had to put the battery back on so I can get in and out of the car the key in the back of my key fob does not open my door
I had ac working everything was perfect except the backup cam so I was working on it and i went to plug in a harness labeled camera as I seen in a few videos I heard a audible thump like when you would plug aux wires in but I plugged in a wire harness so after this my Tesla screen goes black and will not turn back on do you think I blew a fuse or shorted a harness I broke my multimeter plan to pick on up tomorrow just wanted to get some insight and I’ve learned my lesson I will always double check my battery I checked fuse 3 by eye seemed fine where should I start in terms of fuses.

Oof, obviously check the stock fuses.
is there a fuse in the aftermarket harness/component?
