NC G37 Vert - new to group
Hey y'all. I'm in NC and on my second G37 convertible. The first one succumbed to a deer (may she rest in peace). I adored that one (a burgundy beauty i called Bing) and my current Carolina blue baby.
BUT
I tried to open the trunk with a six-pack of cokes in there and they got stuck. I was able to get them out and get the top down, but now when i try to open the roof, it gets out of the trunk a ways and then there's this CLUNK and it stops. I have to turn the car off and back on to bring the top down.
I'm not near an Infiniti dealer but did have this happen before to my first car and took it to a Nissan dealer. $700 later, she was as good as new.
Any advice on what I might be able to do to fix this problem? And I promise never to leave anything in the trunk again.
Help me out here, folks. It's supposed to be warm and sunny again next week and I need that top down.
