Exhaust leak

So i have a exhaust leak that made me fail inspection so I managed to get the converter off but the studs that connect the gasket to the converter arent coming out and i dont know what to do. I tried applying heat but that doesnt seem to work. Does anybody have any ideas? Do i have to cut some pipping?

Do you have access to an air hammer? Would be your best bet before cutting I think.
