Question fuel trim long term bank #2 is reading (103)%

Hey guys So I have a 2014 q50 3.7 recently change my spark plugs and clean my Throttle body before tuning my car. ( I didn't change the gasket of the thorttle body) I run the car for like 30 min idle was going stupid, I thought that it need a iddle relearn which I try but it work for some miles than problem came back after I decide to send data logs for the tune hoping that it was just a iddle relearn but apperently is a problem now.
I send some data log to my tuner he say it was leak of air some where in the driver side after the maf sensor. to check for the intake boot or my pcv side hoses
What do yall think is the issue?

I also replace this hose since it was crack on the driver side( don't know if it has something to with it ) is not oem tho
but I notice my fuel trim long term bank #2 is reading (103)%

correct me if I'm wrong but this are pcv hoses(passanger

correct me if I'm wrong but this are pcv hoses. Anyways this one is missing a clamp lol. Will this have to do some problem with my bank 2 since is almost on the passanger side

I push down on this one and it move. it does have the clamp(passanger)

reference

Any idea what it can be?

Do you have the availability to see live data? Such as OBD2 adapter and your phone(Torque)

If you have your short term fuel on a graph and look at it live, spray some starter fluid/brake cleaner around all the hoses and possible leak points and see where the graph goes super negative that's your leak.

Check your resting throttle angles, if they re off then its an idle relearn
If they're the same, you'll have to start disassembling your work to inspect, usually those breather boxes (hose your replaced) crap out/crack so check for those and make sure you intake clamps are tight.

Your fuel trims are calculated by
STFT - LTFT = total fuel trim

based off the screenshot

Bank 1 94-103 = 9
Bank 2 103-103 = 0

The issue will be towards the passenger side bank (bank 1)
