NEED HELP (Paddle Shifting Harness)
Hello all!
I own a 2008 G37 Coupe Journey model. I just ordered and received the OEM paddle shifters. Yesterday, after taking off the shroud, I noticed that my car does not come with the wiring harness. It sounds like the Journeys do not come with them
I was wondering if there is anyone in the SOCAL area that would be able to create this wire harness for me so I can use the paddle shifters? I have seen a few other threads related to this topic and they said it is a straight forward process, however I know nothing about wiring and am not a mechanic.
Really would like to get these on..

Are you really just going to copy paste the same message 10+ times? You actually replied to a thread which had the instructions in it:

You're going to have a hard time finding someone willing to do wiring like this on your car.

You've noticed too, eh? It's getting old fast.
Nine flappy paddle comments in the last few days, many just cut & pasted. OMG.
OP, good luck getting your situation resolved, but this isn't how you go about doing it here. Consider that a gentle warning, advice, whatever.

So I was going to recommend this thread but it looks like you've followed up on that already.
I hope you follow up on the comments you leave and if so that you take the recommendations given.
The odds of finding someone here who will do it with you are slim. Your best bet is to post on FB since Cali is a bit more active there and will be able to help you on command as you seem to be requesting.
Keep this in mind for the future posts you make since this type of requests like that are not taken lightly. Most of us volunteer our time and knowledge to help the community out just because we're enthusiasts however there's always a member who expects the spoon feeding.

I own a 2008 G37 Coupe Journey. I ordered the paddle shifters for my car, only to find out that my car does not come with the wire harness to plug in.
I was informed by a G37 owner on this site that he found a user by the name of "rex0926" that made a custom wire harness for him to use in his 08 G37 Automatic model. I am looking for him!!! Please help me locate this user so I can order the same wire harness from him. I have no other way to use my paddle shifters otherwise
However, if anyone else is able to make this same wire harness for me, that would be insanely awesome..
If anyone can, please help me find this user... Really want these paddles on, it will almost complete my build

Damn - late to the party. I would have helped - I used to build aircraft wiring harnesses for a living; I can build MilSpec car harnesses or harness parts with all the proper crimpers etc, even can use tefzel wire (EMP resistant).
However... my rates are pretty steep. For a project like that I'd probably charge $1500. Wire included.
