2012 G37s Sedan owner

Picked this up on 10/31/2019 with 82,861 miles. It came with a Cusco strut bar, staggered Ferrada Fr2 wheels with Continental ExtremeContact Sport tires, BC Racing BR coilovers, some eBay carbon fiber spoiler, and a Hallbuilt Y-back 3" single exit with a 4.5" tip. It came tinted with the rain guards installed as well. Also had a full set of WeatherTech mats. It had the GT-R button installed and blacked out chrome trim as well as grille. Also had smoked tail light lenses.

Since owning I've hardwired a Qi charger proclips/Scosche mount and a Garmin DriveSmart 65 with Alexa. I've also installed an iDataLink CMMIXA0 Remote Start. I've fully replaced the interior lighting (also the trunk light) with Diode Dynamics lights as well as the reverse lights, plate lights and the tail as turn mod. I replaced the plate frame with a white silicone one.

A few days after I bought it, some moron with a revoked license and no insurance hit my car and lied to my insurance company about who was driving. I've gotten the car put back together like it was and it looks great again.

I intend on replacing the exhaust with a dual exit and adding a cold air intake and HFCs. I'll probably be changing out the wheels and tires and maybe put it on air. I was planning on an Endo-CVT, but I just heard the other day about AccuAir going out of business . I want to get a custom start button and get rid of the GT-R one. I'll probably buy a new grille and get it powder coated because it seems like it was plastidipped or wrapped or something and if you look closely it looks like it's coming off. I just don't like how it looks and want to perfect it. I plan on ordering some retrofit lights and upgrading the bulbs, getting some Carsmo ***** in there and changing up the color of the calipers with a custom coating as well as upgrading brakes. I'll probably install some subs (maybe speakers too) but the stock Bose is actually not bad in this car and right now I don't see myself spending enough time in the car just yet to justify that.. but by the time I finish all these other things.. with the plans I have.. things may change.

Not looking to build it purely performance-wise or as a show car but just keep it as a daily and do a hybrid of looks and performance upgrades. May go with a white/gold/black scheme or white/blue/black. Possibly a wrap would be involved.

Right now I'm in the process of building a new computer and replacing my monitors but after this I'll resume work on the car. Here are some pics. I just washed it (it was overcast). Not sure what's up with the minor green tint noticeable in some areas.. it's not like that on the car.. maybe a camera setting

Whoever the seller was has tasteful mods. So many things to do but you are off to a good start with just the LEDs. Retroft OEM headlights and tails really make difference as far as appearance. Maybe a front sway bar and cold air intake for some pep! Excited to see what's next! Sweet ride!

Yeah, I did like the majority of mods they put on it. They didn't turn it into garbage with modding and it runs well and has no errors. I'm not sure I want to change the tail lights. I like the stock ones and don't think any retrofit ones will make it better.

Something I forgot to mention is I probably want to replace the spoiler with a Stillen.

Might want to ditch those pinstripes. Doesn't fit the lines of the car at all, IMO.

Yeah, this is one thing that has bothered me about it. Not sure how but I'll look it up when I can to see if I can.

Yeah they actually are but I would want to go with a more gold tone wheel with white/black/gold in various places.. not shiny and bright but a little brighter than bronze.

That or a blue/white/black color scheme.

So AccuAir went out of business and now Carsmo ***** is "discontinuing" their products and aren't available.

Two of my plans destroyed in recent history...

I didn't want to buy cheap eBay *****.

Carsmo is out again, huh? That would be his second time around.

You know, there's almost always someone selling Carsmo ***** in the FS forum. Hit it up once a day every day, and I'm sure you'll find a set sometime this summer.

Didn't know it happened before. I tried to post a WTB there but I'm restricted from posting. I met the qualifications weeks ago so I contacted an admin and do intend on posting there and checking the sale ads

Thanks

Well I contacted carsmo on April 30th and they just got back to me. Wanted to post an update for anyone else who finds this:

Sorry but the ***** have been discontinued. There are no plans to make additional *****. They were actually discontinued in 2018, and we only made 1 large batch in 2019 to satisfy the demand.
