Help Im trying to replace my expansion valve and cant get this damn blower housing out of the way. I have removed all visible screws and it is still stuck. Is there a screw Im missing? Do I just pull on it and it will come lose? Of course there are no videos online for this. Please help.

 

Not sure how much this will help... item #7 says to slide the blower to the right, remove a pin, then pull down. Maybe this is what is holding you up?

It looks like its just removing the motor. I need to remove the entire blower motor housing. Im trying to get to the expansion valve that is behind it.

 

My bad, I misunderstood. If you haven't already, I would recommend you download the Factory Manual for your car and check over them.

In this case you will want Sections HA (Heater/ Air Conditioning) and maybe VTL (Ventilation). It would be wise to download the whole manual while you are at it.

Wish I could be of more help. Hopefully someone else here can offer some tips/advice.
