The reason they don’t match fogljghts to our headlights is because of the difference in visibility. The headlights are stock 4300 Kelvin putting out about 3200 lumens through the projectors. The fogljghts are 3000 Kelvin a more yellowish light because they pierce the fog and rain better than the higher kelvins do. The higher the Kelvin the harder it is to see through rain snow or fog. I agree though the color matched fogljghts look much better!!!
I live in northern Michigan and have a 60 mile commute to work round trip daily so I stayed with the yellower fog lights just so I can see better with all this pure Michigan wild weather. Lol

My round trip is 62 miles daily too, lots of driving for sure! Many newer vehicles have LED and/or HID fogs now days, as little as it may be expense played a part in it as well.
Being in MI, how do you like your car in the snow? When it's in "snow" mode is there a significant difference?
