Last month I just purchased a 2014 Q60 Journey with the Sport package in the North Dallas area. I just drove through Houston on my way down to Crystal Beach in late April though.

oh wow yours is beautiful, I was actually looking for a silver G37 but I ended up buying a white non S due to the wheels it had.

August, 1998 or thereabouts. Several of us were at a friends house north of Houston doing car stuff. One fella had just purchased an infrared thermometer. He pointed it at the roof of my white car which registered 115 F. His blue car was at 135 F while the black car's roof was a scorching 165 F. Enough said?

You're right about that! Houston's climate did a number on my Smoky Quartz G's paint and headlights. I don't live there but I had my G shipped up from there.
