Hello All,

My name is Jerrod, live near Dallas, TX. I am a fairly new owner (1.5 yrs) of a 2013 G37x sedan when I bought the car it had 22,000 miles now it has almost 40,000. My factory warranty is getting ready to expire at the end of this year. Do you all have any recommendations for 1st mods or things I need to have checked out before the warranty expires? I read in another thread something about the AT being flashed, not sure what that means entirely but wanted to ask your advice for overall input.

Welcome to the site Jerrod,
The 2013 should have the most recent updates already installed.

As far as first mods, since you live in Dallas I'd look into Max performance summer tires unless you plan on driving to parts of the country that are below freezing often.

Or a set of lighter weight wheels (like 18s) along w/ wider summer tires

Welcome to the forum Jerrod. Depending on your budget the most popular 1st mod would be wheels or something small aesthetic wise to set your car out from the rest. I would second blnewt's recommendation of going with a dedicated summer tire thanks to the climate that you live in.
